Here at Logic Controls we are working hard to stay compliant with applicable data protection laws and we are prepared for the EU’s General Data Protection Regulations.

Keeping data safe is extremely important to us and we have already implemented strong privacy protection as recommended by national authorities.

We are committed to complying with the new legislation and are working closely with our partners throughout this process.

With this in mind we are advising Business partners on the data we hold about them and why we need to hold this under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
What Information Do We Hold?
Logic Controls will only hold information that is relevant for us to provide you with the ongoing business services that you have undertaken with us. This information will only be held for as long as is reasonably necessary.

The information that we typically hold for individuals is their name (first and last), contact address, telephone number, email address and position within the company.
How Is My Information Used?
Logic Controls use your information to help provide our ongoing services to your business in order to fulfil the basic requirements of services provided.
Managing My Information.
Logic Controls is aware of the rights of the individual when it comes to their personal information, to this end we want you to know that you can have access to the information we hold about you at any time. You can contact us at any time to ask for a Subject Access Request form (SAR) as per recital 63 of the GDPR.

You also have the right to ask for the withdrawal of your information at any time without reasons as to why and unless the information is required by law or for legitimate reasons Logic Controls will honour this right within the required period.
